Meet our guest speaker Kinita Schripsema!
Kinita was born in India and has lived cross-culturally for 48+ years between Canada and the U.S.A. Although Kinita has had decades of experience in the small business arena and held many volunteer positions in a variety of organizations, her treasured professional accomplishments are of being an international published author and speaker, DEI Practitioner, a coach at Zaphire, and the Founder/CEO of Seema Global Consulting LLC. Her experience spans the USA, Canada, India and other international locations in a variety of areas that include Leadership and Team Development and Cultural Education. She is committed to encouraging, empowering, and equipping individuals and groups to grow forward in their stories while they impact the world around them.
