Hi, I'm Scott.

Thank you for your interest in StrengthsMugs. I became a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach back in 2014 (OG status?), and in 2016, I launched StrengthsMugs as my very first business. What started as a simple idea turned into a stepping stone to the work I do now: helping fellow military veterans build their entrepreneurial muscles and launch their own ventures after serving.

As a U.S. Navy veteran and former Surface Warfare Officer, I understand firsthand the challenges of transitioning from military life—or any significant life shift. Discovering my strengths through the CliftonStrengths Assessment was a turning point, illuminating the unique qualities that would guide me through uncharted waters.
