Darrel Galera will share how he uses CliftonStrengths in K-12 educational settings this month. Before retiring from the Hawaii Department of Education in January 2014, Darrel Galera was the principal at 5 schools, including Moanalua High School for 13 years from 2000 to 2013 when the school became a national model school. Darrel was the Chairperson for the Hawaii High School Principals Forum from 2007 to 2014 and was also Hawaii’s 2010 National Distinguished High School Principal of the Year.
