What do you do for work?
I work as a life and career coach, helping millennials better understand their strengths and use them intentionally to navigate career decisions and personal growth.
What result or “win” are you creating inside your organization using Clifton Strengths?
In my coaching practice, I help individuals uncover their strengths to gain clarity in their life, career, and relationships, while building a stronger sense of purpose.
The same approach applies to my consulting clients, who are seeking to develop stronger teams by learning how to collaborate effectively with one another while better understanding their leadership abilities.
How do you use StrengthsMugs as a coaching or team-building tool?
When clients reach out to go through a strengths coaching program, I usually gift them a StrengthsMug after they complete the program.
For workshops, I work with my clients to build StrengthsMugs into the experience as a tool and resource for individuals and teams. It serves as a tangible takeaway and reminder of their strengths, reinforcing what they’ve learned and encouraging them to maximize their talents beyond the session.
