Jim Collison is the CliftonStrengths Community Manager and Podcaster at Gallup and produces Gallup's Called to Coach and Theme Thursday Webcasts. Jim manages the global community of Gallup-Certified Coaches and helps customers worldwide who are engaged with the CliftonStrengths Assessment. In prior years, Jim managed IT resources, managed a high school and college internship program for Gallup, and was a member of the Omaha STEM Ecosystem managing board. Outside of Gallup, Jim is the voice behind The Average Guy Blog and Podcast Network and he hosts the weekly Home Gadget Geeks Podcast which focuses on helping people with consumer technology.
