Charlotte Blair is an Author and PCC and Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. As the Founder and Partner at The Strengths Partners, she helps managers develop their people through strengths-based team development. After a successful career in IT sales, Charlotte transitioned her career into leadership development 9 years ago. She has been a Gallup Accredited Coach and ICF Coach for over 6 years and is one of Australia's most experienced coaches and facilitators using Gallup CliftonStrengths Assessment. Charlotte is also a Learning Republic Revolutionary using 'Issues Based' coaching and Leadership development to get a better return on investment for Learning programs to create lasting impact. Her first book, “Career Unstuck”, was published in October 2023.
